This Privacy Policy describes how SUCCESSCODES LLC (doing business as JKO Systems, "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit jkosystems.com (the "Website") or use our marketing, lead-generation, CRM, automation, communications, reputation management, SEO, local visibility, and related services (the "Services").
This is a website draft and is provided for general information only. It is not legal advice. Where a legal determination cannot be made from the information provided, we have written the relevant provision conservatively rather than inventing facts. If you have specific legal questions about your situation, please consult a qualified attorney.

To provide the Services and stay in touch, we may communicate with you by email, SMS (text message), and telephone. We may use these channels to:
- Respond to inquiries
- Provide requested services
- Schedule appointments
- Provide customer support

For SMS messages, where supported, you can opt out by replying STOP to a message. You may also be able to use other standard opt-out commands such as HELP for assistance. We do not make any claims about specific carrier practices, as those may vary by carrier and may change over time. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
You can also contact us at info@jkosystems.com at any time to opt out of marketing or other permitted communications.
AI and Automation
JKO Systems uses automation and AI-assisted functionality as part of certain services — for example, automated follow-up, chatbot, and voice-assisted features. At this time, we do not send your customer information to OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other external AI providers as part of our standard practices. If our practices change, we will update this policy accordingly.
Payment Processing
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe processes payment-card information for payment transactions. Where Stripe handles that processing, we do not need to store complete payment-card numbers ourselves. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by its own policies and practices, which you can review on Stripe's website.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our business and provide the Services. These currently include:
- A CRM and marketing/automation platform (including related SMS, email, and telephone/voice functionality) used to deliver communications, follow-up, and automation services
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Other providers, only where actually used
These providers process information as necessary to provide the services they provide to us. They are service providers — we do not sell your personal information to them. Each provider has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Data Sharing and No-Sale Statement
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes.
We may disclose information to service providers, vendors, professional advisers, legal authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to:
- Provide requested services
- Process payments
- Operate business systems
- Protect rights and property
- Comply with law and respond to legal process
- Protect against fraud, abuse, or security threats
- Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets where legally permitted
Ordinary processing by our service providers is not an advertising sale of your personal information.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Website may use cookies and similar session or functionality technologies to keep the site working properly and to remember certain preferences. We describe only the technologies we actually use.
We do not currently use Google Analytics or the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We do not claim to use those technologies, and we have not built a complicated cookie framework for tools we do not implement. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, seek appropriate consent.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Website functions.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect legitimate business interests. We have not established a single fixed retention period for all data, because the appropriate period depends on the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not claim encryption of every system, SOC 2 certification, ISO certification, or any other security certification unless and until it has been actually verified.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include:
- Access or know what personal information we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Data portability, where applicable
- Opting out of certain processing, where applicable
- Non-discrimination for exercising applicable rights
- Appeals or other applicable rights where required by law
To exercise any applicable rights, or to ask questions about your information, please contact us at info@jkosystems.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
California Privacy Rights
Because JKO Systems serves customers throughout the United States, this section addresses California privacy rights. Whether a particular California privacy right applies to you depends on the circumstances and applicable law, including whether statutory thresholds or applicability requirements are met. Not every California privacy right applies to every visitor or customer.
Subject to those requirements, California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, along with rights not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes. If you believe California rights apply to you and you wish to exercise them, contact us at info@jkosystems.com.
Other U.S. State Privacy Laws
Additional state privacy laws may apply depending on where you reside and whether statutory thresholds or applicability requirements are met. We have not had every state privacy law independently reviewed, and we do not claim compliance with every state privacy law. Where a specific right applies to you under applicable law, you may contact us at info@jkosystems.com to exercise it.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at info@jkosystems.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Third-Party Links
Our Website may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes will be reflected here.
